Whether you’re planning your first trip or returning for another unforgettable stay, we’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your visit.


Golf Experience

How many golf courses are there?
Streamsong features four courses: Streamsong Red, Streamsong Blue, Streamsong Black, and The Chain—a unique short course experience.

Do I need a caddie?
Caddies are required anytime before 8:00 A.M. or when taking a golf cart on Red, Blue, or Black. The Chain is walking only, but caddies are not available.
When walking, caddies are optional but suggested. Especially for first time guests.

Can we use carts?
Carts are available on Red, Blue, and Black, with some walking-only times (Christmas through February 28th). The Chain does not allow carts.

What is The Chain?
The Chain is our fun, casual short course ideal for match play. With 19 holes total (3 hour pace) it can be split into a 6 hole or 13 hole loop. Perfect for arrival or departure day.

Can we have five players in a group?
Groups are limited to four players to maintain pace of play and course integrity, but at The Chain groups of up to 8 are permitted! (Two tee times required)


Accommodations & Packages

What’s included in my room rate?
Room rates include lodging only. Golf and dining can be added separately.

Do you offer golf or stay-and-play packages?
With a variety of activities and experiences available, we believe every Streamsong stay should be uniquely tailored to you. To help you make the most of your ideal itinerary: golf, dining, recreation, and spa services are added individually to your reservation—allowing you to customize your experience exactly as you envision it.

Can more than 2 adults share a room?
Most rooms accommodate 2 adults. Larger parties should inquire about booking multiple rooms.


Getting Here & Transportation

Where is Streamsong Resort located?
We are located in Central Florida, about 90 minutes from both Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Is everything on property, or do we need to drive around?
Yes! All resort amenities, including golf courses, restaurants, spa, and activities, are located on property. We offer complimentary shuttle service throughout the resort.

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?

Can I take an Uber or Lyft to the resort?
Please be aware that rideshare programs like Uber and Lyft will drop off at Streamsong from local airports and other metropolitan locations, but they DO NOT pick up guests at Streamsong. If you have transportation needs from Streamsong to a local airport or other destination, please contact the resort services department at (888) 294-6322 for a list of our preferred transportation providers.

Can I ship my clubs to the resort?
Yes! We accept deliveries through Ship Sticks. Please use the shipping address provided in your confirmation email.


Dining & Reservations

Do I need to make dining reservations?
Reservations are highly recommended, especially for dinner. We suggest booking dining times before arrival to ensure availability.

Are there vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. Our culinary team is happy to accommodate dietary needs—just let your server know.

What is the dress code?
Most restaurants are golf casual. At SottoTerra & Canyon Lake, we provide an elevated dining experience and kindly request that guests observe resort casual dress standards to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all diners. We ask that the following items not be worn in the restaurant: hats, gym attire, sweatpants, tank tops, graphic tees, or clothing displaying offensive language or images.


Activities & Amenities

What can I do besides golf?
Guests enjoy bass fishing, sporting clays, archery, spa services, and more. Visit the Experiences section to learn more.

Is there a spa and fitness center?
Yes. The spa offers a variety of services, and the fitness center is available to all resort guests.

Do you have a pool or hot tub?
Yes, we have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub available year-round, sunrise to sunset.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by room and golf booking. Details are included in your reservation confirmation. Group modifications must be made by the group leader.

I’m having trouble booking online—what should I do?
If you experience issues with our booking site, please don’t hesitate to call us directly. Our resort services team is here to help—and speaking with an agent can also ensure you’re getting the most out of your Streamsong experience.

Is Streamsong pet-friendly?
No, pets are not allowed at the resort.

Can I visit for the day?
Yes! Day guests are welcome to enjoy dining, golf, resort activities, and the property.

Do you have EV charging stations?
Yes, electric vehicle charging stations are available and complimentary to guests staying at the resort.
