Event Schedule
Arrival – Wednesday, December 31, 2025
- Leisurely Round: Enjoy a round of golf at The Chain, Streamsong’s imaginative short course.
- Evening Reception: Gather at the Leaf Lounge for passed hors d’oeuvres and a warm welcome.
- Dinner: Dine at your leisure at one of Streamsong’s exceptional restaurants. (Advanced reservations recommended)
- Rooftop Celebration: Ring in the New Year with a Champagne toast, desserts, and breathtaking views at Rooftop 360.
Day 1 – Thursday, January 1, 2026
- Morning Relaxation: Start the day with complimentary chair massages on the driving range.
- Golf Competition: 10:00 AM shotgun start on Streamsong Red, timed perfectly for a late-morning kickoff after the New Year’s Eve celebration.
- Bye Hole Shootout: Showcase your skills in this exciting closest to the pin contest.
- Dinner: Explore Streamsong’s dining options on your own. (Advanced reservations recommended)
Day 2 – Friday, January 2, 2026
- Morning Relaxation: Begin the day with chair massages on the driving range.
- Golf Competition: 9:00 AM shotgun start on Streamsong Blue.
- Awards Luncheon: Celebrate tournament winners and enjoy a gourmet lunch at Canyon Lake.
- Departure: Bid farewell to Streamsong or take advantage of discounted room rates for extended stays.

The tournament entry fee does not include gratuities, caddie fees or caddie gratuities. Field will be capped at 120 players. Practice rounds are not included in entry. No complimentary replay rounds. Handicaps are not required to participate in this event. Round of golf at The Chain may be played at any time based on availability from arrival day to departure day.
Registration will not be considered complete until payment for events has been made in full. Only one partner from each team needs to complete the entry form with information on both players.
