This land Is Golf Land

Streamsong makes golf a destination all its own. Renowned golf course architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw of Coore & Crenshaw, and Tom Doak of Renaissance Golf Design, are working side by side to create two spectacular 18-hole golf courses at Streamsong. The Coore & Crenshaw and Doak teams together account for eight of the top 15 and 15 of the top 100 modern golf courses in the world as ranked by GolfWeek magazine. Their collaboration at Streamsong will create the next significant golf destination in the United States, offering the golfer an experience that is unprecedented in Florida.

Huge, sweeping sand dunes, dramatic land forms, expansive lakes and vistas of the previously mined land at Streamsong all play a vital role in the design of the two courses, which will become only the third location in the world where both the Coore & Crenshaw and Doak teams have golf venues — and the first location in the world where they have collaborated to create 36 very extraordinary golf holes.

Construction of the Streamsong golf courses began in mid-2010. Both the courses and golf clubhouse will open to guests in late 2012.
